Description of services provided by Company Staff:
HSE Manager:
- Monitoring the implementation of the actions necessary to meet the requirements as
- described in the Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) and /or the
- project specific Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP)
- Implement the monitoring activities E&S (Environmental and Social)
- Managing the safety and health of relevant parties, managing and monitoring safe and
- healthy working conditions and implementing a health and safety management system,
- appropriate to the relevant issues and risks associated with the project
- Monitoring the implementation of the actions necessary to meet the requirements as described in the (ESMS) and/or the project specific (ESMP), including:
- Planning, managing audits according to the requirement (both internal external)
- Performing inspection and audits according to the requirements (both internal external)
- Collecting and organizing all data and reports
- Preparing and submitting all the relevant reports and summary results (monthly, quarterly
- and annually- according to the requirements)
- Preparing, collecting and submitting all the relevant reports (including other necessary
- information from contractors/3rd party) and presentation during Lenders audits
- Regular reporting to the Owners and lenders (according to need)
